Healthcare Superintendent

The Healthcare Superintendent is responsible for oversight of all construction projects on healthcare construction projects including ground-up and tenant improvement projects. The Superintendent will collaborate with team members to ensure construction projects are completed on-time and on-budget. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful project management in healthcare construction.
Position Overview: The Healthcare Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing all construction projects on healthcare projects. This includes ground-up and tenant improvement projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage construction projects from preconstruction to completion. Develop project schedules, budgets, and coordinate materials. Oversee contracting, bidding, and job-site safety. Resolve conflicts and manage communication among team members. Manage documentation and ensure accuracy of plans and drawings. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in construction management. Experience in healthcare construction projects (ground-up and tenant improvement). Knowledge of construction methods and related laws and regulations. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
