Healthcare Consultant

We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on healthcare to join our dynamic team in Brentwood, TN.
Key Responsibilities:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape, with a particular emphasis on revenue cycle management (RCM) and clinical operations (medications, orders, labs, etc.).
Apply Agile methodology to drive project success, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in delivering solutions.
Collaborate closely with product owners to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
Ensure that proposed solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements of our customers.
Maintain transparent communication by providing regular project updates and addressing any outstanding issues promptly.
Foster strong relationships with customers, actively seeking feedback to improve our offerings.
Uphold corporate standards and adhere to relevant government regulations throughout project execution.
Contribute to the professional development of the team by providing support and collaborating effectively with remote team members.
Embrace continuous personal growth by staying updated on relevant technical advancements and industry best practices.
Share knowledge and insights with the team through engaging technical educational sessions.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in SQL.
Strong business analysis skills, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in the healthcare domain.
Previous experience working in the U.S. healthcare sector.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
