Role Overview The Healthcare Consultant at Focus Solutions is a customer-facing role responsible for training and implementing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems for our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal abilities. While the role is primarily virtual, travel may be required based on resourcing assignments.
Responsibilities Conduct training sessions for clients on the use and implementation of EHR systems. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and customize solutions accordingly. Provide on-site or remote support and guidance during the implementation process. Troubleshoot issues and address concerns raised by clients regarding EHR systems. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of EHR systems within client environments. Requirements Bachelor's degree in healthcare, healthcare IT, technology, a related field, or equivalent work experience. 3 to 5 years of professional experience in healthcare or healthcare IT. Experience using and/or implementing EHR systems is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
