Health Solutions Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the evaluation of clinical and economic effectiveness of current and new programs intended to improve health and wellness through implementation of advanced communication technologies. Collaborates with team members to ensure efficient delivery of health and wellness programs delivered digitally via email, text message, social media, and online member portals. Identifies areas in need of quality improvement and supports planning, data analysis, reporting, and evaluation of efforts tailored to address the health needs of the member population.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Health Services Public Health, or related field OR four years of equivalent work experience. Experience in organizational or strategic planning is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Must demonstrate the ability to work with public contacts, establish, and maintain effective working relationships within a clinical and academic environment.
