Job Overview Convirza is hiring a Head of Training to drive business growth and conduct client training and coaching. This position will report directly to the CEO and will work remotely in N.America. The Head of Sales and Training will encompass a wide variety of sales, business development, training, and client success responsibilities. He or she will play a critical and active role in day-to-day operations and will spearhead strategic planning to achieve the company's sales goals.
Responsibilities Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Develop sales pitches to sell products and services Conduct sales and customer service training to assigned client accounts Become a subject matter expert in conversation analysis/analytics Establish and track key metrics to drive the success of the organization Manage key relationships with industry associations and partners Share industry knowledge and techniques, practices, and tools for lead gen and client relationship building Monitoring and analyzing the usage of sales enablement content and courseware Collect and interpret data regarding training processes and sales representative performance. Identify appropriate conferences, meetings and associations that align with the company's interest to further the market presence Qualifications Proven experience in a sales leadership role (10+ years experience) Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skill Professional communication skills, both written and oral Fast learner and passionate about training and mentoring Willing to travel within the United States on an as-needed basis Job Type: Full-time
