We're on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Head of Marketing Operations to spearhead the establishment of an infrastructure poised for future growth and scalability at our company. The ideal candidate will champion the implementation of a scalable marketing operations framework, ensuring seamless integration with our tech stack, proficient database management, and robust support for our sales team. This pivotal role entails close collaboration with our leadership to track marketing performance and unearth new opportunities. Our marketing team is characterized by their storytelling prowess, collaborative spirit, energizing demeanor, profound empathy for our customers, and seamless collaboration with key teams within our company. As a candidate, you should possess a keen understanding of what developers, architects, and CTOs prioritize.
Responsibilities:
Tech Stack Management:
Oversee and optimize the organization's marketing tech stack to amplify efficiency and effectiveness.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies aligning with the company's objectives.
Database Management:
Establish and maintain a robust database management system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Future-proof the database for scalability and growth.
Infrastructure for Programs:
Develop a scalable infrastructure for marketing programs capable of handling increased lead volume.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure swift and efficient lead operations.
Lead Funnel Process:
Design, implement, and optimize lead funnel processes, encompassing stages and scoring.
Ensure seamless integration between sales and marketing for effective lead handoff.
Technology and People Management:
Supervise the organization's marketing tech stack and ensure team members are adept at leveraging it effectively.
Facilitate the integration of personnel into the tech stack for optimal performance.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in SaaS marketing operations, ideally spanning startups and large enterprises.
Proficient analytical skills for data and metrics analysis to gauge the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns.
Strong project management acumen to handle multiple projects and programs concurrently.
Hands-on technical proficiency with tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, 6sense, and Webflow.
Experience in marketing a developer-facing solution or platform.
