The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to serve as the Head of Marketing at a well-funded AI platform democratizing access to career opportunities. 
This is a rare opportunity to build a mission-oriented Growth department from the ground up, with a team that knows how to successfully build and exit a market-leading company, and establish yourself as a product & growth marketing leader within AI. A few highlights:
The Right Team: Seasoned CEO & Founder that has successfully founded a company into industry-leading position and acquisition; Expert CTO that's a former Engineering Leader at Twitter and AI expert.
Phenomenal User Retention: Their platform already has stronger user retention than industry leaders (Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
Mission-Oriented: Personalizing access to equal opportunities in a way the leading platforms aren't capable of doing.
Scope of Responsibilities: 10x user base from a beta group of ~10k users to 100k+ in the next year.
Lead all GTM : analyze the market, identify the best brand positioning, and ultimately figure out what the best strategy and channels are to lock in PMF and scale user acquisition.
Helpful Experiences: Experience with 0 to 1 product launches.
Experience with organic product and growth marketing targeting consumer or SMB audiences.
Work Style: Hybrid, 2-3x a week in office in Santa Clara.
Base Salary: Upwards of $150k+, plus significant equity.
Benefits: Insurance, unlimited PTO, $500 monthly for meals.
