Strategic Planning:Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the integration of AR, VR, and AI technologies into our products, services, and processes.2. Technology Roadmap:Define and execute the technology roadmap for AR, VR, and AI ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and industry trends.3. AR/VR/AI Tool Development:Lead the design and development of proprietary AR, VR, and AI tools, ensuring they align with business needs and contribute to our technological advancements.4. Partnerships and Collaboration:Identify and establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors, research institutions, and other relevant entities to stay at the forefront of technological advancements.5. Team Leadership:Build and lead a high-performing team of technology experts, including AR/VR developers, AI engineers, and other specialists. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning6. Business Development:Actively engage in business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to the growth of AR, AI, and VR projects.7. Innovation Culture:Instill a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging cross-functional collaboration and experimentation to discover and implement breakthrough technologies.8. Budget Management:Manage the budget for the Future Technology division, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for research, development, and implementation of AR, VR, and AI initiatives.9. Quality Assurance:Ensure the highest quality standards for all AR, AI, and VR products and solutions, overseeing testing processes and collaborating with relevant teams.10. Market Analysis:Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) in a leadership role focused on AR, VR, and AI technologies.Strong technical background with expertise in at least one of the areas (AR, VR, and AI)Track record of successfully leading and delivering innovative technology projects.A strong background and portfolio of projects delivered using Unreal / Unity Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred if candidates have created tools and content for Apple Vision Pro or similar products / experiences
