Description:
Surefire Neighborhood Market, renowned for its delightful hot dogs and community-focused atmosphere, is seeking a creative and experienced chef to lead our expanding culinary operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing unique menu items, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
• Create and innovate recipes and menu items.
• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen.
• Manage inventory and order supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a chef with a strong culinary background.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for food and culinary excellence.
• Familiarity with industry's best practices.
