Located in Northern Ohio, they are a family-owned company that has been in business for more than 60 years and committed to providing the highest quality products.The Harvest Production Supervisor position is responsible for assuring all production procedures are followed in the harvesting process.Essential Supervisor Responsibilities:Provides leadership and guidance to employees on the Harvest Floor.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Assign employees to a position after being hired, along with training, planning, and directing.
