DescriptionPosition at JBS USA Harvest Scale Operator
Prioritize and organize the make sheet with the cattle available to fill product ordersDirect the Chain Feed Person to put the correct grade cattle on the chain and in the right amountDocument all floor downtime by time lost, when, and reasonKeep track of all product changes and notify affected supervisors of each product changeKeep track and record all grade and program cattle changesKeep track of amount of cattle cut daily and recordVerify and document start and shift end timesVerify cattle temperatures coming into Fabrication and documentationAssure all cut codes are in the system correctly10 Complete all end of shift paperwork and verify is sent to interested parties
