About the Role Perform general carpentry and repair tasks, such as patching drywall, replacing damaged flooring, and fixing fixtures Paint interior and exterior surfaces Assist with electrical and plumbing repairs Assemble and install furniture and fixtures Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements Proven experience as a Handyman or Skilled Laborer Strong knowledge of various construction and repair techniques Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Excellent problem-solving skills Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits The expected pay range for this position is $18/hour - $28/hour, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
