Job Summary
The Service Assistant job is to assist the Department Manager and Assistant Manager and contribute toward the overall success of the department and company. 
Responsibilities Monitor service email working from bottom to top Monitor phone Provide customers with answers to their questions Input new work orders Process quote approvals Maintain accurate records Job quoting Prepare completed work for invoicing Assisting with day-to-day operations Skills Computer Skills Customer Service Skills Self-Starter Multitasking Ability to follow direction Qualifications (Required) Minimum 1 years' experience with Customer Service Valid Driver's License Qualifications (Preferred) Minimum 3 years' Customer Service Experience Knowledge of Carpenter Trade Experience with Invoicing Minimum 3 years' Clean Driving Record F5 Facility Services is an equal opportunity employer.
