Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction• Restore, maintain, and promote optimal physical function• Prevent the onset, symptoms, and progression of impairments• Conduct initial evaluations and implement patient treatment• Re-examine patients and modify interventions• Develop and implement discharge plans• Document patient care and communicate with healthcare staff• Perform pre-placement tests and injury prevention screens• Maintain confidentiality and commit to continuing education• Attend departmental meetings and assist in outreach activities
Requirements
• Experience in outpatient patient care setting• Provide Occupational or Physical Therapy services• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities and exercise independent judgment• Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy• Current licensure in the State of Oregon• Certificate in Hand Therapy• Authorized to work in the US
