Position Summary: We are seeking an individual who has a vision, passion, and knowledge in the Cannabis Industry. The Pre-Roller will primarily focus on hand rolling cannabis premium flower products.
The Pre-Roller must be well educated in cannabis knowledge including but not limited to: industry knowledge, strain differences, the effects of cannabinoids, types of terpenes, cannabis weight measurements, the growth process, physical effects on the body, THC versus CBD, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, types of devices to consume cannabis with, etc. The ideal candidate must be able to travel to different grow facilities to perform the job duties. This is a CONTRACTED position that does not have an exact end date. This position may also be permanent if the company chooses to proceed with a permanent employment status.
Requirements: Hand roll cannabis product at designated cultivation (grow) facility Work at multiple facilities for various licensees Working with multiple different cannabis brands Understanding cannabis products to ensure rolling is done to company standards and state regulations Must be 21 years or older Ability to pass a Background Check Reliable transportation MUST follow attendance policy Be able to work a minimum of 25-30 hours per week Pay is $15 an hour
