Full job description Job Summary:
Roper Hair Enhancement is a well-established non-surgical hair replacement salon located in Springfield, TN. We are seeking a skilled and creative Cosmetologist to join our team. We are looking for a hair stylist with experience in cuts, color, and willing to learn and perform hair replacement services, which will be the main focus. The owner will provide side-by-side training for this position and will include helping owner with administrative work as we transition to bigger space in the near future, for our growing client base.
Responsibilities: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and hair knowledge Consult with clients to understand their preferences and desired outcomes Provide a wide range of hair care services to clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, treatments, and hair replacement services Recommend appropriate hair care products and treatments to clients Maintain a clean and organized work station Manage appointments and maintain client records using salon software Assist with administrative duties as needed Take classes if needed Arrive 30 minutes prior to client appointments to set up and review the day Regular communication or meetings with the team Some administrative work Willing to jump in and help where needed WILLING TO LEARN NEW THINGS DAILY !!! Stylist Qualifications: Current cosmetology license as required by State of TN. Desire to learn a new technique for all hair services Communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings. Ability to discuss Product Knowledge and recommend the right professional hair care products to clients. Color Expertise and advanced techniques are a plus Creative, bring your ideas to life.
