Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• 2-3 years of related retail experience• 1 year of management experience• Experience in various areas of the store is helpful• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills• Ability to manage multiple tasks• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information• Ability to teach suggestive selling• Ability to lead and mentor team members• Successful completion of required certifications
