Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a unique and personable way• Book hotel reservations and register guests, verifying information and securing payment• Answer and route calls, take messages with accuracy• Promote brand loyalty program and provide recognition and benefits to members• Anticipate guests' needs and respond timely and efficiently• Assist in resolving guest complaints regarding service and accommodations• Manage cash drawer contents and transactions• Maintain accurate records and process market and retail transactions• Handle mail and other communication, provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions• Handle confidential guest records with integrity
Requirements
• High School Graduate or GED required• Knowledge of front desk operations, guest services, and hotel services• Proficient in English language, ability to speak other languages is helpful• Able to work independently and as part of a team• Proficient computer skills, knowledge of MS Office products• Ability to handle customer service problems and cash handling procedures• Genuine care for customers and employees• Comfortable conversing with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
