The Guest Service Representative at Fairfield Inn & Suites - Charlotte University Research Park is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests.This role involves handling guest concerns or requests with professionalism and efficiency.This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities
• Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and welcoming manner• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from guests• Address guest concerns, requests, or issues promptly• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area• Assist with room reservations and make recommendations for local attractions/events• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth guest experience• Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Prior customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively• Proficient in computer systems and software (Microsoft Office, hotel reservation software)• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
