Membership packages and local popularity result in very high volume of guests, giving you opportunity for excellent pay and bonuses.We are looking to add Guest Service Associates to our growing team of outgoing, professional, reliable and motivated associates.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 18 years of ageMust have a polite, upbeat and professional attitude at all timesMust be able to maintain a professional appearance at all timesMust be able to work in a fun, fast paced environmentFull Time or Part Time available, will require one (1) weekend day.Ability to work flexible days and hoursSales Experience is a plusRESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for all opening and closing procedures including balancing a cash drawerManage the flow of guests in and out of the center while assisting with questions as neededManage reservation book to maximize efficiency and accommodate guest requestsEducate all guests on benefits and savings of Wax PackageMaintain the cleanliness of center, restock product shelves and refill brochure and card holdersEducate guests on current promotionsResponsible for checking their schedule on a weekly basisResponsible for arriving to work on time wearing the appropriate dress code and name tagResponsible for following all corporate policies and proceduresResponsible for creating a memorable guest experience by utilizing NWC terminology, and tailoring the scripts and standard responsesCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
