Responsibilities
• Work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday or Sunday)• Effectively sell our swim program to clients• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area• Provide exceptional customer service• Build professional relationships with staff and customers• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals• Generate sales that exceed personal sales goals• Deliver compelling presentations of our services• Overcome objections and close additional sales• Embody the company's core values in work approach
Requirements
