Guest Service Associate Hotel Front Desk

We're looking for a positive and professional hotel front desk agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. You'll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. The ideal candidate has brilliant communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. We do things a little differently at The Radical. If you want to help shape experiences, and come to work looking to have some fun, The Radical is the place for you!Responsibilities:Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbersGeneral bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-dateField customer complaints when necessaryTake incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests' needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requestsConnect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are readyQualifications:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systemsWell-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situationsAt least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferredPossesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skillsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalentAbout Company:The Radical is opened in the River Arts District, and we're looking to add to our great team of hospitality professionals!
