Responsibilities
• Greet and register guests• Check guests in and out of the hotel• Provide exceptional guest experiences• Have excellent command of computer/phone technology• Resolve guest inquiries and issues• Field guest complaints and negotiate solutions• Receive and relay messages to guests
Requirements
• Previous hotel front desk experience preferred• Passion for curating exceptional guest experiences• Excellent command of computer/phone technology• Availability to work flexible shifts between 7 am and 11 pm• Weekdays/weekends/holidays as needed
