Job Summary:VP Management is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Guest Satisfaction Specialist. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located at our management company in Princeton, West Virginia. The Guest Satisfaction Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a positive experience during their stay, and will work closely with management to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salaryOpportunities for advancement within the companyComprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysEmployee discounts on lodgingResponsibilities:Maintain guests survey reports on multiple franchisesAddress any questions or concerns guests may have during their stayMonitor guest satisfaction through franchise reports, surveys and feedback formsCollaborate with other departments to ensure quick and effective solutions to guest concernsMaintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, providing exceptional customer serviceKeep track of and report on guest satisfaction metricsRemain knowledgeable about hotel/restaurant facilities, services, and events to better assist guestsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsFamiliarity with hotel/restaurant operations and guest satisfaction metricsProficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer systemsAbility to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 poundsEEOC Statement:VP Management is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing an inclusive and diverse work environment.
