• Adopts an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to Guest Service• Seek out guest contact and display enthusiasm and boundless amounts of fun energy• Manage extended lines in a safe way while delivering an excellent guest experience• Ensure well-stocked displays and point of sale in public areas• Follow opening and closing procedures• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations• Experience in a customer service role• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces
