Offering prompt, friendly, courteous service in the Salon pro-hair area Managing Salon phone calls, appointment systems, guest records and Salon traffic flow Using suggestive selling techniques (e.g., "Would you like a deep conditioning treatment with your haircut today?") Informing guests of current promotions and providing knowledgeable, professional product recommendations Handling sales, refunds and exchanges courteously and accurately Resolving guest concerns promptly and satisfactorily Completing necessary paperwork in a timely, consistent and accurate manner THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent (no prior experience is necessary). The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.00 / Hour with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
