Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and company goals.• Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and trends.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns.• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic guidance.• Understand client needs and objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.• Collaborate with the VP of Growth and company leadership to help develop internal growth strategies to enhance company performance.• Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.• Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing internal processes and workflows.• Utilize data analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.• Prepare regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and prepare to present findings and recommendations.• Work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required• 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy development, preferably in a digital agency environment.• Proven track record of successful client service and relationship management.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Innovative thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.• Knowledge of current marketing trends and emerging technologies.
