About the job: As a Growth Hacker/Senior Digital Marketing Expert, you'll play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer conversion for our innovative PLG software. You'll leverage your expertise in content creation (writing, video, posts), keyword research, SEO optimization, and community building to attract and convert high-value leads. Using the latest AI tools, strategies, and tactics, you'll spearhead efforts to drive user engagement and revenue generation for our company. Your immediate focus will be on activating all available channels to help our company achieve our first major milestone: $1MM in ARR. After that we march towards $10MM, then $100MM, but $1MM is the objective right now.
Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Craft compelling content, engage with the target audience, and foster community building.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content in various formats, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and presentations. Ensure content aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
Community Outreach: Identify and engage with relevant online communities, forums, and groups related to our target market. Participate in discussions, share insights, and establish Better Context AI as a thought leader.
Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with industry influencers, thought leaders, and subject matter experts to amplify our reach and credibility.
Growth Hacking: Implement creative and innovative growth hacking strategies to drive product awareness, generate leads, and foster customer acquisition.
Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, social media metrics, and engagement data. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and measure success.
Requirements: Proven experience in PLG/ SaaS/ B2B marketing, growth hacking, or community management roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for PLG marketing and B2B marketing.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with our target audience: C-suite executives in the Series B-F arena and venture capitalists who fund them.
Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
Adaptability and a willingness to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the B2B SaaS space.
Skills and Experience: Proven and extensive experience in digital marketing and content creation within the B2B SaaS space. (*AI is a plus.)
Must be an asymmetrical thinker: someone who approaches problems, situations, and challenges in unconventional, innovative ways that deviate from traditional or expected methods.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful content strategies in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the SaaS industry.
Expertise in SEO, content optimization, and keyword research to drive organic traffic and visibility.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality content on tight deadlines.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategy and decision-making.
Proven ability to develop content that resonates with targeted ICPs including C-suite executives, SVPs, and VPs in series B/C/D-F funded companies.
Strong skills in social media and video content production, along with proficiency in digital design tools like Canva, Figma, and Adobe Suite.
