Book Flights, Accommodations, and Activities: Utilize your expertise to arrange all aspects of group travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Build strong relationships with your clients by delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel planning process. From initial inquiries to post-trip follow-ups, you will be the go-to resource for all their travel needs. Stay Updated on Travel Trends and Destinations: Keep abreast of the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to your clients. Your passion for travel will inspire others to explore new destinations and embark on exciting adventures. Qualifications:
Passion for Travel: A genuine love for travel and exploring new destinations is essential for success in this role. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with clients and suppliers. Organizational Skills: The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and pay attention to detail is crucial for managing multiple travel bookings simultaneously. Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important.
