Title: Group Product Manager, License Sales & Management - 107143 Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position Your Responsibilities As Group Product Manager, License Sales & Management  for  Intelligent Solutions Group , located in Urbandale, IA , you will: Provide leadership to the License Sales & Management Product Management team responsible for current and future License Management solutions. Take responsibility for managing the definition, development, and delivery of the License Sales & Management solutions to ensure alignment with customer and key stakeholder requirements. Own creation, maintenance, and communication of the strategic roadmap for License Sales & Management to key stakeholders & leadership. Contribute to the development of annual and longer-term business plans; forecast performance against business key performance indicators (KPIs) Develop business cases for key activities/projects and estimate the financial and human resources required to deliver results. Secures investment with business leadership and manages allocation to various implementations. Identify and manage stakeholders up to and including senior leadership to ensure their needs, issues, and concerns are understood and considered in business decisions. Identify and communicate the actions needed to implement the License Management strategy and business plan in ways that motivate people to commit and achieve the business goals. Validates that solution requirements meet customer needs (including internal & external customers and dealers), you will coordinate across global stakeholder groups in Ag, Turf, Construction, Forestry, and Roadbuilding.            VISA Sponsorship is NOT Available for this position What Skills You Need 5 or more years of experience in Product Management or similar role Knowledge of go to market strategies including licensing advanced software for precision technologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated ability to manage complex conversations in real time. Recognize the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization. Strong independent judgement, problem solving skills, and ability to make timely decisions. Understanding of independent dealer sales channels and/or other strategic resale partners. Ability to plan and prioritize work needed to meet organizational goals, and hold self and others accountable to meet commitments. Ability to cultivate innovation to continuously find new and better ways for the organization to be successful. Ability to partner with different functions across the business and have demonstrated ability to incorporate larger business strategies into digital product development. You will need to be able to work with some of the best and brightest engineers in the industry to translate your vision and strategies into working products. You will need to communicate technical topics to non-technical executive team members to communicate progress. What Makes You Stand Out Demonstrated success identifying and developing talent. Experience supervising employees including evaluating and managing performance, setting team goals, and delivering team results. Experience working with customers and engineers with proven ability to rally a team to build great products. Strategic understanding of global software subscription/licensing business including an understanding of tax, accounting, and regulatory implications. Deep knowledge of data architecture, data management, CRM tools & processes, and data analytics. Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
