This position is a critical part of the U.S. launch team TAR200 Combination in localized bladder cancer. The GPD, Market Access Marketing, will be responsible for the development and execution of an integrated U.S. market access launch strategy for TAR200 and Cetrelimab. The GPD will be responsible for the leadership of direct reports and must work closely with multiple functions including Strategic Customer Group (SCG), Franchise Marketing, Sales, Sales Training, Business Analytics, Medical Affairs, Real World Value & Evidence (HECOR), R&D, Corporate Communications and outside vendors in order to effectively execute key commercial activities. In addition, this GPD will also work closely with the leaders across the Janssen Multiple Myeloma Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities: Lead development of brand Value Proposition Partner closely with SCG on coding requirements for TAR200 procedure Represent US team on Integrated Evidence Team (IET) to inform Integrated Evidence Generation Plans (IEGPs) Partner with Value & Evidence in house and field teams Represent US team on EMAT and IEGP global strategic forums to ensure US input Collaborate with Strategic Customer Group (SCG) across all teams (including field teams) including Value, Access & Pricing Lead GPO strategy and engagement, Trade/Distribution strategy Partner with Franchise Marketing on the design and development of Key Account Manager (KAM) marketing materials in collaboration with the GPD, Key Accounts Lead field facing access pull through /fulfillment strategies and tactics for the brand Lead strategy on key policy and legislative topics impacting brand ex: 340B Develop competitive access strategies for localized bladder market Partner with managed markets team to develop and implement pricing strategy and payer strategy (rebates, contracting, payer ad boards, innovative engagements) Oversee tactical execution of direct and indirect reports People Development: Performance, coaching and development coordination and calibration, Succession planning, Development plans, Recruitment/Retention This is not an extensive, comprehensive listing of job functions. May perform other duties as assigned. A minimum of a BA/BS is required; Postgraduate qualification: MBA, JD, PhD or other preferred. Minimum 8 years business experience of which 5 years of marketing, contracting and/or market access experience and proven performance is required. Urology and/or Oncology and/or drug delivery system/medical device experience preferred Market access experience is highly preferred. A demonstrated ability to partner and work with multiple agencies/vendors, manage budgets and projects, cross-functionally, and with cross-company teams of high-level managers and executives is required. Must be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with excellent overall business acumen. A demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, lead teams, gain alignment and driving decision making is required. Demonstrated ability to formally manage, coach, and develop direct reports is strongly preferred. Must demonstrate excellent leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment. Demonstrated ability to think strategically. Can operate in two worlds - big picture orientation with attention to detail. Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel. Strong verbal, written and executive communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills. This role is based in Horsham, PA and requires up to 25% travel (predominantly US with limited OUS travel).
