Responsibilities: Enroll businesses in benefits accurately and efficiently. Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness. Utilize computer systems and software to input and track insurance data. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely enrollment of benefits. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards. Qualifications: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills. Previous experience in health insurance processing is a plus. High School Diploma or G.E.D. Training: In-office training will be provided to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our processes and systems. Training period duration will be determined based on individual progress and readiness. Work Schedule: Initial in-office training, followed by a transition to a work-from-home schedule.
