Responsibilities
• Facilitating treatment groups• Completing documentation of services• Advocating for clients• Empowering clients to make healthy choices• Providing support and guidance in the recovery process• Education and guidance in the 8 dimensions of wellness• Providing client transportation as needed• Assisting in the development of treatment plan goals• Correspondence with representatives from the criminal justice systems• Driving company vehicle(s) for transportation
Requirements
• Valid Driver's License and insurance with clean driving record• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment preferred• High School Diploma or equivalent required• CDCA, CDCA II Certifications required
Key Skills Needed
• Knowledge and experience in coordinating care with clients who have behavioral health and substance use disorders• Ability to educate clients, staff, and the community on health issues• Conflict management and crisis intervention experience• Excellent time management and multitasking skills• Interpersonal and decision-making skills• Networking and collaboration skills• Ethical standards and confidentiality• Clinical documentation knowledge• Proficiency in Gmail and Google Suite
