Groundskeeper Indiana Packers Corporation Delphi, Indiana Indiana Packers Corporation (IPC), a dynamic fresh pork processor based in Delphi, Indiana, is looking for a Temporary Groundskeeper to work in our world-class processing facility. The Groundskeeper is responsible for performing Grounds Maintenance. This temporary position works Monday through Friday 40 hours a week from 6:00am-2:30pm, during the summer from May until August.

This grounds position earns a competitive wage of $18.62 per hour for the first.
Responsibilities: Perform grounds duties like grounds cleanliness, shrub pruning, planting, and mowing Landscape renovation, edging and hand trimming Cleaning and pressure washing Operate riding mowers, carts and rototillers Maintain equipment operation and other maintenance duties Maneuver vehicles in congested, narrow areas around people, vehicles and structures Clean and remove debris from grounds on a daily basis Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED Ability to read, write and speak English to communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers Good work organization and problem-solving ability Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 lbs.
