Job Description
The Field Service Manager is responsible for ensuring all customers and employees are beyond content. The Field Service Manager should be able to organize the crews to ensure crew satisfaction and maximum productivity. Site visits to crews will need to be performed daily to ensure level and proper quality. Placing and assisting in training new Crew Members and Leaders will be a frequent task. Proper communication between Crew Leaders, Crew Members, and Operations Manager is essential. Adhering to the daily changing needs of the crews is essential to employee satisfaction. The Field Service Manager will be responsible for all inventory checks and responsible for restocking necessary equipment. Day to day the Field Service Manager will be responsible for preparing and delivering a department wide meeting to cover topics of safety and informative production notes.
On the customer and client side, the Field Service Manager needs to provide excellent customer service. This begins with supreme communication via email, text, and phone calls. Response time should be before the day is over and follow up with the client needs to be quick and accurate. The Field Service Manager should be able to meet with clients face to face, hold good conversation and solve their needs promptly. From client meetings, the Field Service Manager will need to be able to quote, schedule, and organize additional add on jobs to satisfy any client needs. Organization is essential to ensure all client needs are fulfilled in a timely manner.
The Field Service Manager will also be responsible for Human Resources. Hiring and Firing is a top duty of the Account Manager. Ensuring the Grounds Department has enough qualified landscape professionals to perform the daily routes and jobs is essential. The Field Service Manager is responsible for creating ads and spreading the word of new jobs. The Field Service Manager will need to effectively sift through and decipher good vs. bad potential candidates. The Field Service Manager will also have to be able to properly and effectively interview, hire, determine the proper pay rate, and place in the proper role within Cross Creek Grounds.

Organize all schedules in grounds department
