Grill Cook Responsibilities: Grilling Expertise: Master the art of grilling, ensuring meats, vegetables, and other grill items are cooked to perfection according to recipe standards. Station Management: Effectively manage the grill station, ensuring all ingredients are prepared and ready for service. Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate orders, maintain a smooth flow of service, and uphold our commitment to efficiency. Quality Control: Monitor food quality during the grilling process and make adjustments as necessary to meet Little Mama's standards. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized grill station, adhering to proper sanitation and food safety guidelines. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, demonstrating flexibility and agility during peak service times. Grill Cook Qualifications: • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• A passion for delivering high-quality grilled dishes
• At least two years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, particularly in grilling
• Effective communication skills
• Comfortable standing for 8+ hour shifts
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays
• Experience in quality food production, presentation, service, and sanitation
• Advanced understanding of grilling techniques, knife handling skills, and a hunger for knowledge
