Work Status: Full-time(40 hrs.), 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
The Neighborhood Center Supervisor is responsible for the management and implementation of all OACAC programs, policies, procedures and related operations implemented at the Neighborhood Center level. EOE 19.23/hr.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally.

Knowledge of basic management components and ability to implement these components in an effective manner.

Ability to work with a wide variety of community groups and make presentations to these groups in regard to center operations.

Ability to provide an objective and affirming presence for low-income consumers and ability to be an advocate for these individuals and families.

Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.

Ability to research, compile and develop material needed for grant proposals along with the ability to put these proposals in their final written form.

Ability to handle sensitive agency information in a confidential manner.

Ability to work in a cooperative and professional; manner with agency colleague.

Knowledge of the vision and values of Community Action and programs of the Agency.

Possession of a valid Missouri driver's license and appropriate vehicle insurance.
