Responsibilities
• Work closely with Marketing Manager and other departments• Creation of visual elements for brand, printed materials, website, and social media campaigns• Excellent communication and computer skills• Work independently on multiple projects• Deep understanding of graphic design programs and social media platforms• Problem-solving in a rapidly changing environment• Experience with photo editing software, social media, and writing• Bachelor's degree in relevant field• Design and edit various marketing materials• Create social media advertising campaigns• Manage social media presence• Update and monitor company website• Stay up to date with industry trends and analysis
Requirements
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite• Knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft 365• Experience with WordPress and HTML• Experience with email marketing tools• Solid understanding of social media platforms• Exceptional organizational and time management skills• Basic knowledge of wine• Ability to adapt and contribute in a changing environment• Ability to manage multiple projects• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to think creatively and be innovative• Willingness to travel as needed• Minimum 2 years of Graphic Design and Marketing experience• Experience with productivity apps• Familiarity with the wine industry preferred• High school diploma or equivalent
