Position Overview: Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Graphic Designer will handle aspects of graphic design, photography, and videography. This position will create visual concepts for our brand websites, print materials, digital assets, and product imagery. The role requires creativity in telling cohesive on-brand stories and create captivating content imagery. The role develops creative briefs as well as video and photoshoots.
Responsibilities:
GRAPHIC DESIGN
* Develop visual content for: brochures, flyers, social media, digital and print ads, website imagery, branded assets, spec sheets, sell sheets, selling guides, signage, promotional materials, info graphics and template materials
* Coordinate with the Marketing team on developing and executing creative briefs
* Coordinate with the marketing team to develop creative visual concepts for digital campaigns, promotions, events, social media, etc.
* Develop and maintain all brand guides
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY
* Develop creative briefs with team members to guide final project
* Run point on all video and photography shoots onsite and offsite
* Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot list
* Manipulate and edit film pieces and photos
* Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
* Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
* Ensure logical sequencing and continuity
* Consult with stakeholders in and outside of the Marketing team on production and post-production process
* Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency
* Build out and maintain image asset database
* Manage website assets, ecommerce assets, and external asset requests
Requirements:
Five years of experience in marketing field. Graphic Design, Videography, Photography, Electronic Media degree or similar.
Proficient skill in Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Premiere, Illustrator, Canva.
Advanced skill in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.
Must be able to edit videos.
Digital or print highlight portfolio avilable upon request.
