Your mission think-cell Inc. has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic, collaborative designer who's passionate about design to elevate the think-cell brand. The designer will report to the Head of Product Marketing and work alongside marketing colleagues to create stunning visuals that balance form with function. The chosen candidate will work across a range of media and areas including marketing campaigns, web pages, emails, infographics, events, presentations, social media, video, and collateral. What You'll Do: Brand: The think-cell brand guidelines define the essence of the think-cell brand. You'll work to enhance and maintain these, ensuring the entire company reflects the brand Presentation Design: The think-cell go-to-market team is presenting to hundreds of customers and prospects every month. You'll work with the Head of Product Marketing to ensure the team looks good and that key concepts and messages have the maximum impact Infographics: A well-designed infographic can simplify a complicated subject, bring data to life, and transform the mundane into an engaging experience. You'll need creative flair and comprehension to design infographics that drive online engagement Web and Email Design: You'll have responsibility for updates to the think-cell website working on web design, graphics, sourcing/designing blog images and implementation of web pages and content using the Statamic CMS. You'll also support the marketing team with landing page and email design and graphics for the company's marketing automation platform, Marketo Marketing Campaigns: The Growth Marketing team is focused on driving opportunities for the business development and sales team through focused campaigns. They'll need your support on creative approach for integrated campaigns including landing pages, email, digital advertising and more. Collateral Production: Create print and Web PDFs in multiple languages for a range of collateral types including eBooks, infosheets, white papers, case studies and reports. In-Person and Online Events: think-cell participates in both in-person and virtual events. You get to play a major role in the design of all elements of events from online banners and graphics to trade show booths and branded swag Video Production: While not a core required competency, there is opportunity for you to work on video production or simply be part of the creative process with 3 rd party video agencies to bring the think-cell software and brand to life Your profile 5+ years design experience with an agency or within a corporate environment Degree in Graphic Design or related visual design field Exceptional organizational skills to manage concurrent projects Detail-oriented & able to work against tight deadlines Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
