Grants Management Operations Associates support mission-critical grants programs to help grantees through technical assistance and training to enhance law enforcement and justice outcomes. This role requires 3+ years of experience developing training and user materials and providing in-person and web-based training. Ideal candidates bring an innovation mindset and have experience in training and interactive media. Experience with grants management is required.
Arc Aspicio is currently operating in a hybrid work environment where work will be performed at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely. All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at time of employment.Responsibilities: Provide training and technical assistance (TTA) to Federal staff, grantees, and other stakeholders  in the area of performance measuresDevelop training curriculum on performance measures and performance measures dataDevelop training materials on performance measures, including what the measures mean and how to collect data to support the measuresCreate training and user resources, including FAQs and user guides, and provide in-person and web-based training on grants performance systems, report generation, and analysis toolsDevelop online webinars and conduct these sessions with subject matter expert presentersRecord, edit, and redistribute live video content for on-demand viewing, as part of interactive media strategiesProvide group training to grantees to assist them with submission and reporting performance measuresCollaborate closely with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service and achieving mission resultsApply excellent research, analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clientsContribute to our company culture, which promotes client-focused teamwork, learning, and helping others to grow and develop  Required Qualifications At least 3 years of relevant experience in providing training and technical assistance for Government clientsExperience in grants managementExperience and knowledge of the Federal grant lifecycle, preferably in justice programsDirect experience with client and stakeholder engagement and delivering work products for clients in a complex stakeholder environmentProven to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyOutstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and strong leadership potentialAbility to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-personClearance: US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearanceEducation: Bachelor's degree in social science research or related areaCritical Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, resilience, flexibility, learning-oriented, excited to engageApplying to the Company: Please tell us about your interests and background; we would be grateful!
