Full job description ESSER Grant Manager
Fully Remote, must have prior experience handling ESSER Grants.
Hours of this position is Part time around 24 Hours weekly.
Description: . Monitors the expenditure and reimbursement process of the CARES/ESSER/ARP grants, ensuring programmatic and budgetary compliance.
. Assists in the supervision and preparation of federal grant amendments, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately and timely.
. Creates and delivers presentations to clearly communicate grant award status to promote timely expenditures and compliance with state and federal regulations.
. Gathers and analyzes data and to create informative fiscal reports for CARES/ESSER/ARP grants.
. Assists in the preparation and submission of all required CARES/ESSER/ARP grants reports, including maintenance of effort and equity, progress reports, financial reports, and final reports.

Must be located in Eastern Time Zone.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, education, business administration, or related field required.
Industry: Charter School or K-12 Education
Deep Understanding of federal grant regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements.
EXCEL: Formulas, Tabs, Pivot Tables
Deep knowledge of Esser Grants (ESSA, CARES, etc.)
Experience Level: Expert Level
