Position: Grain Operations Management Trainee Location: Southeastern WI
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000

What You'll Do: As a Grain Operations Management Trainee, you will have the chance to learn and develop essential skills needed to excel in the field. Your responsibilities will include:
Team Management: Oversee and collaborate with a team of up to 10 employees on-site. Grain Handling: Manage a storage capacity of approximately 3 million bushels, with a potential throughput of up to 5 million bushels depending on the year. Effective Communication: Interact with management and logistics personnel to facilitate grain movement. Supervision and Operations: Learn supervisory and operational tasks crucial to daily operations. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and service equipment while adhering to safety standards. Safety First: Prioritize safety by actively participating in grain conditioning, aeration, cleaning, and other operational tasks. Maintenance Assistance: Assist with minor semi-truck maintenance and housekeeping duties. Daily Monitoring: Observe daily operations under the guidance of experienced management. Grain Operations Management Trainee Qualifications: To be considered for this role, candidates should have the following qualifications:
Grain Handling Experience: Previous experience in grain handling and operating grain dryers. Elevator Maintenance: Willingness to assist with elevator maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
