Goldrush - Underground Operations Frontline Supervisor

We offer a generous benefits package which includes a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!Responsibilities:Prioritize and assign personnel as jobs requireCoordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment preforms as desiredCoordinate with engineering to ensure compliance with mine plansDevelop and train employees to standards for safe and efficient equipment operationPreform other duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum of six (6) years of underground mine related experience requiredMinimum of three (3) years' experience at a supervisory level requiredProven knowledge of underground hard rock mining requiredExperience in an environment involving planning/scheduling of maintenance work preferredExcellent communication skills with ability to supervise and direct underground supervision requiredExcellent safety and performance record requiredThe ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.#LI-LB1
