We are expanding our leadership team at Terra Plata and soon to open Limeña, a Peruvian inspired concept in Columbia City. Building a team that embraces ]collaboration, creativity and communication is our objective. The ideal management candidate would have at least 3 years experience in leading a team, a solid knowledge of wines and spirits and who understands that hospitality is an art and an action
Responsibilities and Expectations include but are not limited to:
create a safe, inspiring work environment deliver hospitality on a daily basis schedule and manage all FOH employees conducts and or manages reviews, training and hiring roll up their sleeves run the restaurant alongside the service team on a daily basis. manages and oversees FOH inventory, ordering creates incentives and goals for employees with the ownership complies and keeps updated with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as all internal policies and procedures-oversees the - oversees booking of large parties, reservations, special menus Participate in weekly meetings Collaborate with BOH and ownership  We are committed to operating a business and a working environment that is a catalyst for positive change and growth. For the right candidate, the starting salary is 90-100 k plus health benefits, and additional perks. Growth with expectations, goals, bonuses and more are all part of our future together.
