About the Role: This opportunity to support executing, and promoting the unique value, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our Global Design Collective business which consists of 450+ interior designers, architects & Engineers across 19 countries, and over 40 Design Studios worldwide. Our Design team provides a wide range of design consultancy services including commercial office interiors; retail design; hospitality & F&B; industrial & logistics centers. This position would report directly to the Global PJM Product Marketing leader.
This job is part of the General Marketing job function. They are responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing programs that support the organization's products and services.
What You'll Do: Serve as strategic partner and marketing point of contact for our Design Collective Business. Work with business leads to translate complex service offerings into clear and concise messaging. Develop content to support brand positioning initiatives, working closely with collaborators to develop messaging and insights on key architectural and design topics. Develop annual marketing plans and critical metrics based on the needs of core business. Partner with regional leadership to create targeted campaigns in key global brokerage and design markets. Partner with GWS and Advisory Marketing to create targeted campaigns to global audiences. Create simple and clear ways to communicate complex concepts and detailed services across internal channels. Lead the development of Design Collective marketing content including but not limited to presentations, business proposal language, brochures, videos, case studies, and more. Lead the overarching content plan/editorial calendar that spans across multiple channels including but not limited to web, social and events. Lead the Design Collective social media strategy. Handle advertising, event and sponsorship strategies. Partner with the Go to Market and Sales Solution Leads, Knowledge Management and Communication partners to develop internal communications for sales and marketing professionals. Develop leadership presentations and recruiting materials when needed. Support global research and marketing programs. Support competitive analysis workstreams.
