Seeking a Strategy Specialist to join the LTC Business & Project Development DepartmentResponsible for reviewing and commenting on the strategic implications of the external business environmentCoordinate the development of new strategies and facilitate strategic decision-making

Responsibilities
• Act as a "Strategy Advisor" for the Liquid to Chemical program and related issues• Provide commercial and technical expertise in executing downstream strategy• Play a leading role in developing and updating LTC's Strategy• Generate and propose strategic options to management• Initiate and oversee management-approved studies and investigations• Provide expert support to ensure project success• Mentor, train, and develop young professionals in the field
Requirements
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a closely related specialty• An MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred• Minimum of 15 years of experience in strategy development within the oil and gas and petrochemicals industry• Possess a combination of technical, operational, commercial, and strategic experience
