In this role you will be responsible for leading assigned programs to include, but not limited to, governance of Global Facilities processes and programs, training, management of change, and reporting of performance. You will collaborate with the site points of contacts, your fellow team members within Global Facilities Operations Team, Engineering Team and Regional Team.Critical metrics include the successful implementation of globally aligned programs, site compliance to programs, and reporting to demonstrate compliance.You will be responsible for:Collaborating with the site representatives and Global Facilities team members to identify, develop and implement processes, programs and applications focused on improving Facilities system reliability and performance within the Facilities networkIdentifying the program implementation package (e.g. process, metrics, application, training, documentation) and supporting the site teams in planning and executionMonitoring, measuring and reporting out the progress of program implementation and compliance, and overcoming challenges and roadblocks for the site teamsEnsuring sites are aligned with the Global Facilities processes, programs and applicationsEvaluating efficiency of the programs, identifying lessons learned and sharing within the Facilities networkDriving continuous improvement by consolidating feedback from the site teams and Global Facilities teams for improvement opportunitiesConducting data and site audits as needed to ensure compliance with processes and programs with documented audit reports of findings and actions to correct non-compliance issuesCollaborating with Global Facilities teams to identify benchmark data and support the effort to drive outstanding (BIC) performance across the network through innovative solutionsTraining and Development:Keep up to date on with assigned trainingHold self and others accountable for meeting goals and action items from programs, meetings and conversationsSet personal development and performance goals that are clear, measurable and in line with department and goals of the companyPartner with coaches/mentors to develop skills needed to take next steps in your career progressionConstantly evaluate self-approach and goalsDemonstrate a dedication to quality in workDisplay self-motivation/initiative to complete work, training, or projectsEducation:Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or equivalent experienceRequired Experience:Minimum 2 years in Project/Program ManagementMinimum 2 years in Facilities Operations and Maintenance or EngineeringExperience in leading multiple programs and collaborating with all internal and external collaboratorsStrong interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and sound communicationProven track record to tackle problems across multi-functional and multi-cultural groups within and outside facilitiesAbility to foster positive relationships from cross-functional and multi-cultural groupsOutstanding customer focusCapable of compiling executive level reports and presentation materialsProficient with Microsoft Office include PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etcProfessional Certifications (desired):Project Management Professional (PMP)As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
