Our client, an esteemed international manufacturing company, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Global Consolidations Manager to join their finance team in Irving, TX. This is not a people management position, so that experience is not required. This person will be responsible for overseeing the consolidation and reporting of financial statements for 5 entities across the globe, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards. Global Consolidations Manager Responsibilities: Lead the consolidation process and all reporting for financial statements across 5 international entitiesCoordinate with global finance teams to gather and analyze financial data for consolidation purposesEnsure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and other relevant accounting regulationsPrepare consolidated financial statements and related reports for management review and reporting purposesAssist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the consolidation processCollaborate with internal and external auditors during the audit process to provide necessary documentation and supportStay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure ongoing complianceSupport ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as neededGlobal Consolidations Manager Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field2+ years of experience in global consolidations within a multinational corporationStrong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is requiredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detailAdvanced skillset in Microsoft Excel and any financial consolidation softwareAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
