Role Overview GOAT Group is seeking a Global Benefits Manager. This role will provide strategic planning as well as execute the day-to-day operations of the company's international benefits and leave of absence programs.In this role, you will:Lead the strategic development and management of global benefits programs and objectivesPartner with benefits consultants, local brokers and HR Business Partners to align benefits initiatives tailored to meet organizational objectives and talent strategiesEnhance our current global benefits program and processes, taking into account benchmarking, employee feedback, compliance and cost considerationsManage relationships with the benefits broker team, third-party benefit plan providers, and other external vendorsMaintain international benefits calendar, partner with stakeholders to lead the renewal process or to implement new benefits Manage, administer and audit all aspects of employee benefits programs, including but not limited to pension/retirement plan, medical, dental, vision, and insured policies across our international countries as well as support US benefits when possible Serve as international benefits subject matter expert, both statutory requirements and supplemental offeringsOwn the leave of absence program, partnering with HR Business Partners, payroll and legal as necessary in addition to continuously improving the processKeep current on regulations and new legislation, ensure all policies are compliant, oversee audits and required filingsSupport immigration matters as needed for visa transfers & renewals, LCA postings, and maintaining PAFsCreate standard operating procedure documents for benefits programsDevelop and deliver communication materials and educational resources to help employees understand their benefits and wellness optionsOther benefits support as neededWe are looking for:8+ years of experience in Human Resources with deep understanding of global employee benefits along with leave of absence administration Proven experience in developing and implementing benefit and wellness initiativesKnowledge of governing regulations and experience administering benefits plansAbility to efficiently perform several tasks concurrently and work independently in a deadline driven environmentAbility to problem solve complex benefits and leave of absence issuesHigh level of organization and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills
